FAQ

How do I Start?

You must have a Provisional Driving licence from DVLA to start taking lessons. You can apply for your Provisional License online at www.dvla.gov.uk or by simply filling in D1 form, which can also be obtained from your local post office.

How old do I have to be?

Minimum age requirement for a Provisional licence is 17, but you can apply for your Provisional Licence 3 months before your 17th birthday.

How quickly can I take my tests?

Once you have your Provisional Licence in hand, you should take lessons with a DSA Approved Driving Instructor, who will advice you on both the THEORY TEST & PRACTICAL TEST. You have to pass the THEORY TEST first before you can book the PRACTICAL TEST.

You should start preparing for the THEORY TEST by reading THE HIGHWAY CODE and THEORY books and practice for the HAZARD PERCEPTION part of the THEORY TEST on your computer.

Please see our TEST PAGE for more information.

How much is the test fees?
