Hi SHABNAM, these are just few words of gratitude and appreciation for you , you were not just an instructor but was more than a sister for me. You had encouraged me on each and every step, increased my moral and boosted my confidence. I have been in uk for just 8 months, I had no idea about routes and uk traffic rules and regulations were entirely new for me . Shabnam you the one who taught me all basics from the scratch in this short period and made it possible for me to get through this one of the biggest hurdle. So today, I am so relaxed that I have achieved atleast one of my agenda and this is all because of yours endless efforts and above all I would like to mention that I cant forget that when I requested you to give me lesson on saturday as my test was on Monday and you just came all through for me which I am great oblige for you . After all being a responsible mother and a wife you have lot of other responsibilities and tasks to do on weekened .There is no doubt that this last two hour lesson was really quite beneficial for me and in other words because of this it has made my day today .
